Bohn body armor under Kevlar jeans. There are also lots of comfortable textile pants out there.

I'm STILL a paramedic and they've been dropping like flies around here with riding season kicking in. Better to have jeans than shorts, but oh yeah, denim getting cleaned out equals not fun.

Carhartts.

Pretty much what I wear all the time. I've got double front Carhartts that make good riding pants. They make some in 1000d cordura, pretty tough stuff.

P.S. Nice to have a link when suggesting a product.....................

Slider 4s from Competition Accessories have a nice, looser fit than Draggin Jeans along with built-in accommodation for knee armor. Khakis, Blue or black jeans and dedicated pants too.

Are you looking for hip pads, etc? Yes, BMW stores, Aerostitch, Cortech, Tourmaster, etc: http://www.compacc.com/Apparel-Motorcycle-Pants

I've been very happy using Competition Accessories.

Good to see that someone has good sense about proper attire for riding. I must admit that I wear denims most of the time and will wear chaps in the coldest weather. What is disturbing is to see all the riders wearing shorts and T-shirts during the summer. Ouch!
