Will a 2009 Streetglide seat fit on a 2008 Roadking standard? Looking to pick up a nicer looking seat that I can have the MCC mods done on. Thanks, Clay

 

09 frame is wider.

looks like the 08 seat is a "one year" with the tongue mount and the frame width.

That seat will work. The newer frame widths ('09 and up) don't have any seat fitment issues on the '08 touring bikes.

You can't take the '08 and newer seats, and put them on the '07 and older bikes, because that's when the seat tongues were different, and the tanks were five gallons and not the bigger six gallon tanks.

 

08-12 touring bike seats are interchangable the seats though are the 2008, 2011 and 2012, the 09/10 seats are extra wide and sit higher.
