Default Joe Florida lights customer experience
- I purchased from Joe Florida lights http://www.joeflorida.net/
last year a set of the 207 multi-color LED's with remote. I haven't used it much last year but i have a strip where a few of the colors dont light up.
I have emailed Joe several times with my issue and never got any replies.. but when i emailed that i wanted to purchase a set - BANG !!!.. i get a quick reply.. anyone with support issue with Joe Florida lights ? to my experience, not great after sale service....

Called him for a couple issues and he made it right. Never emailed him about problems.

Just pick up the phone and tell him your problem

You'll probably have a new strip in the mail tomorrow

Calling him gets a much faster response than e-mail, I've dealt with him several times and am very satisfied.

I had one small issue with a strip on my last Harley. I called him as soon as I knew there was a problem. He walked me through the solution and had a new strip in my hands in two days. That was my experience. . .
