Hello all new to this site and a proud new HD owner of a 2012 FLHTC.
Wanted to save some money and installed the HD Security but I am stuck with the marrying part of the TSSM with ECM. Their is a post but the link of the instructions are missing now. Could someone help out a new member so I can take it to the dealer to have them marry my fobs to the TSSM. Bike starts but shuts off in a couple of seconds.
I just took the GF's Triglide to the dealer and had them install and marry the FOB's, they charged 1/2 hour. I normally do my own work but since they had to marry the FOB I just had them do the whole thing.
I also need to have the TSSM installed/setup and fobs programmed. All the dealers here in the San Diego area charge a minimum of 1.5 hours labor to do this.
Did all the work myself! This was not hard! But thought I was in trouble because instructions for marrying the TSSM to ECM was missing from another post here. Followed the link that Dawg provided to do the job. The only thing that i added was from another post to use a timer. Did work first time. Called the dealer right after the bike fired to see if they could marry the 2 fobs with the security sytem and program the pager as well. $42 and 40 minutes later I was on my way!
