I had the HD security system on my previous bike. Wanted to know if anybody has installed it after buying their bike and if it was simple to do. Im wanting to put it on my 09 UC. Thanks.

 

I believe you can install it but the dealer will need to do the initial software set-up.

yeah you can do it,,we did one on an 07 UC ,,,,you have to go through a bunch set up with the computer and MUST HAVE the instructions,,,,,,,,and the dealer DOES have to finish it up by by plugging it into their computer....but you do save a bit of labor doing it yourself,,,,and the dealer we went to didnt charge a dime to program it,,,just wanted us to come back again,,,,,hows that for a great dealer
