i just ordered a vance and hines header set up and relized it doesnt come with new gaskets, i wasnt planning on re-using the existing so i was wondering if there are some brands better than others or certain ones to stay away from? thanks for any info

 

James makes great exhaust gaskets.

 

I have had three different V+H exhausts on the bikes I've owned and used the stock harley gaskets. Never had one fail.

 

thanks i ordered the james gaskets. its easier than going to the dealer lol

 

Had my pipes off couple times and reused them if you dont jack em up....
