Love the features, but it has developed a big crack in the plastic tub and small cracks in the upper corners. It's never been subjected to rough handling. Cannot recommend it. Will be taking back to the dealer to see if the alleged 2 year warranty is honored.
In my opinion the Dekker Supreme by T-Bag HERE is the best bag you can put on your tourpack. It has plenty of room, padding on all sides that can be removed to make even more room, side pouched that zip off to become fanny packs, water proof cover bult in, little compartments front and back for records, and misc stuff.
I have the Airwing rack on my tourpack. I got the T-Bag Space Saver. It's made to fit both racks that are used on H-D tourpacks. The nice thing about this bag is that it fully collapses for storage and will fit in a saddlebag (with lots of room left over). When fully expanded, it holds a bunch of stuff. Attachment to the rack is accomplished through a set of velcro tabs. Once attached, it's very secure.
