I have a 2010 Ultra classic.I installed big bore kit and cams about 6 months aga and a few weeks ago I started noticing a slight surging at low rpms...18-2700.I thought it must be an intake leak but I checked it yesterday with carb cleaner around both intakes and could not find leak.What should I look for next?Ther is no decel popping and runs great except for that.Just does it when engine is not under a load.Thanks

 

If so then plug your laptop into the bike and check to see if your map is corrupted. That's how mine started to run when the PCV and the AT had a "disagreement" . Surging and back firing in the same range you're having the trouble. I had to re-install my map to get the bike to run ok.

 

I have TTS and I ran v-tunes a coupl of times and checked for engine codes and nothing there.May be a slight intake leak and hard to show up.
