Default Help with spoke removal.

Guys I want to take my spokes out of my 21" DNA mammoth wheel to be powder coated. The rim is sealed but I can't figure out how to get to the nipples on the rim to loosen the spokes. Any ideas on how to break the seal?

The usual method to spoke replacement is to cut out the existing with bolt cutters.

After all is said and done...It would probably be cheaper to buy a wheel already powder coated.
