Default Power issues can someone help!

Ok this all started saturday afternoon, I met up with my brother and he just bought himself a brand spanking new V-Rod anyway as we started to ride I started loosing power and my check engine, battery and security indicators came on my dash so we pulled over and I shut the my bike down, VROOM she starts up but NO indicators are on so, we're riding maybe 2 minutes and there they are all three indicators are back on and there lit up like a christmas tree so I say screw it and head back home but now I'm home shut her down and now I try to restart her up and I get nothing. So now I put her on the the battery tender and let her charge for awhile. My brother and I slam a few cold ones (an hour has passed) and now I go to start her and she fires up again but now the indicator lights are on instantly so I charge the battery up overnight I'm figuring now I need a battery so Sunday I call around and Batteries Plus is open and I get a new battery (I've had the old battery for 4yrs) I put the new one in turn the switch and she starts but my engine and security lamps are on but they go off after a few seconds I mount her and ride her like I stole something in my neighborhood with no issues. My question is even though I put a hot juiced up battery in why is my engine and security lamps still coming on. What can the problem be??? Thanks in advance!!!

Have you had a chance to check for any trouble codes that might have been thrown? Your owners manual should tell you how to do that. These codes will give you a more refined approach to trouble-shooting.
