Default True Duals help

I've got an 09 FLHT with Rinehart 3.5 slipons. I was considering true duals of some kind to help with the heat. I know these things run hot, but not this hot! I have V&H Fuelpak & SE ventilator. Not to picky on the true duals, my indy has V&H pipes. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like you have many options, V&H headers, FM headers, and others.

I have the TDs on my bike and like them a lot. If heat is your main concern you may want to look at the head pipes that cross under the bike.

You need to get rid of the CAT. Either cut it out of your stock header and weld it back together, or go with some of the aftermarket headers by Fuel Moto, V&H, the X pipe, Rush, etc. all of which are way better than the stock header from the standpoint of heat and design. Lots of great forum vendor sponsors that would appreciate your business.

Edit: Wait a minute, was it the 09's that had the cat in the slipons?

I used a kit sold by B&E Performance for my 06 Street Glide. The company can be found @ B&E Performance or Superflow Exhaust out of Michigan, I am sure Bob has kept up with the new exhaust design it was very affordable @ $120.00 it had a cool way of using your existing shields check it out!

Dresser Duals
Monster Ovals
Like everyone else said you'll see the biggest improvement getting rid of the CAT. It will run cooler, faster and sound better.
