OP here, this is from June of last year.

Any one have this on a 02-11 FLHR FLHT FLTR or [ FLHX 10 and up]
This is one I like because it don't change the angel of the shock. I got a set and put them on and they look like a nice piece. But they made my saddlebags rub against my stock shocks.
LA tech just caled me and said this is not normal. they have been very nice to deal with and he suggested that maybe I could cut some of the rubber boot off just a little to get the bags back on, I'm not to nuts about that idea.
...[They tell me I'm the only one with this problem on both my bags...] it's all stock parts, I just don't get it.
Would help if any one else had this happen. Seems like not to long ago some one on here mentioned this on his bike.
I would love to get this kit to work if I can...Thanks

Up-date 3/27/13
I couldn't get any help from LA and the only way I could had used it was to shim my bags out from my bike. Stock bag set up already has a large gap from the fender, no way I would make that larger.
I had to send mine back for a refund.
