It's all good, you should be fine. I have a SG and I weigh 330 myself my wife is about 140lbs and we have loaded it down with gear and never had any issues. Check the rear tire pressure and you should be good. Yeah we may need to lose weight but Don't let Internet tough guys who are in perfect cyber space condition rattle your cage about it.

The only advice I have is watch for potholes, don't want to hit a deep one with a heavy load. Stay alert and eyes way down the road so ya have time to avoid them. Have a safe trip.
