2012 Ultra Extremely running HOT!!!
I figure that if I don't touch it, and it burns up then it's Harley's problem. I have talked with our regional manager here in the Denver area and he told me that MOCO is looking at the issue. I think they have to have a few tunes for where the bike is run normally. Here in Denver as it gets hotter and I go high in altitude it gets hotter and pings like there is no tomorrow.

That is what they tell people to get them off their back. It is known as the "kiss off". The MOCO has been building air cooled engines for over 100 years. They know very well what is going on with their engines. Employees get tired of hearing the same complaints day in and day out so eventually they come up with a retort that gets the onus off them and on to somebody else. You can't very well argue with it so you just say to yourself "Oh well, maybe it will get better". I have been there time and time again. If it does grenade, just pray that it does it sooner rather than later, while it is still under warranty. I can tell you if you are so much as 1 day out of warranty, it is yours.
