A 2006 Touring inner would normally have the manual adjuster, unless someone changed it to an automatic. 2007 and up are the ones designed with the auto adjuster. 2007 and later will not fit the 2006 and earlier, the bolt pattern mounting to the engine is different and I suspect to the transmission also.

Are you just looking to get the adjuster? Or is your inner primary busted?

If you want the newer case.... then No, I don't think it will fit.

If it's the Harley part...... it will fit. You will have to open up your primary to install it. It won't fit through the inspection cover hole.
It's hard to go wrong for 40 bucks......... unless the ramp is worn out.
