Default C&C seats??

Ok, I'm trying to decide what kind of seat to get. I keep looking at C&C's, but the opinions here seem so divided, it seems people love the looks, but a lot of people complain about the comfort for longer rides, although some people think they are very similar to Corbins. Is this accurate, I guess any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking at a sport touring, I guess, with a backrest. Thanks!

Subscribed, I'm in the same boat looking for a solo with backrest.

They compare them because both are Hard to sit on.

If you want a solo with a backrest that is all day comfy check out my new seat.
Here I'm not typing all that again.

Here's my new seat. It seems to be Mustang comfy and has the drivers backrest which I have to have.

It's a Mustang Wide Tripper™ Solo with Driver Backrest in Diamond Pattern (I also have the passenger pillon)
Fully adjustable, easily removable driver backrest is built directly into the seat.
Comes complete with Chrome hardware and our mini fender bib.
Part Number: 79725

This is the first Mustang seat I've seen that has a decent stitch pattern (and does not sit you forward and taller)

I bought mine through http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/mu...r/part/M-79725 and saved some major dollars.

I have run as much as 550 miles in a day and 1200 in three days on my C&C solo with no backrest. Only thing I would change is adding the gel insert on my next one!

A C&C seat is worlds ahead of a Corbin in the comfort department.

I have the C&C Fastback with backrest and this is very comfortable. I really think it all depends on your butt.

I love my new C&C solo seat without the backrest. The Mustang solo I bought never broke in & was uncomfortable for me if I rode over 100 miles. JMHO. Lots of choices out there, good luck!

Real happy with the C&C seat I got for the RG. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Also no complaints from me in regards to comfort.

I have the C and C and it is comfortable.
I did a 10 hour day last week with no pain.
I had the Harley Signature Solo seat with backrest before, it was way softer but the C and C is more comfortable.
The only thing I had to change was get a new insert for the backrest to make it higher.
