Man what a difference using pledge made I tried it on my wheels/tires & then on my dash it has never been so glossy even when it was new. I've read some members use it on there paint do any of you know if will take off the wax or not?
Pledge is fine for paint. It's used by many a HD owner for sure. I don't consider it the best spray polish around, but it's plentiful and cheap, and that's important to a lot of folks.
I've used it for quick detailing (on a trip) and it works good. However, when I went to use my regular polish/wax (Zaino) there was a residue that the Pledge had left behind and it wouldn't allow the Zaino to adhere properly. It just didn't have that 'glow' that I had become accustomed to. I wound up using a degreaser/dewaxer to strip the Pledge off and start from scratch. Everything turned out fine after that, but I haven't used the Pledge since.
