The three pin depending on wiring colors could be the diagnostic link, or some other extra plug from the wiring harness.
Harley makes a master harness to fit different models and available accessories for that model
Those extra plugs are normally capped.
As to the ACC switch. Once you find the plug it operates, you can then connect whatever you want to it that needs fused power!
