Default Transmission cover torque

I am changing out the clutch cable on my 12 FLHTP and my service manual has not arrived yet. Can anyone give me the torque spec for the tranny cover that the clutch cable screws into?

From my 09 Ultra Classic Manual:

Fasten clutch inspection cover to primary chaincase cover.
Alternately tighten screws to 84-108 in-lbs (9.5-12.2 Nm)
in the sequence shown in Figure 1-6.

I could be wrong, but isn't the clutch inspection cover the derby cover? I am referring to the transmission cover that actually says, "6 speed" on it.

You are referring to the Clutch Release Cover. 2012 manual: 132-156 in-lbs. (14.9-17.6 Nm)

Tighten top left, bottom right, left side, right side, bottom left, top right.
