Considering Jumping Ship
I was looking at a Victory Cross Country, and I must say, I'm impressed. Thinking about trading my '12 Road King for one. The only thing I didn't much care for is the short windshield, got a bit of buffeting from it. Other than that, I can't find anything wrong with it. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Road King. After doing a stage one ( $$$ ) it almost has the power of a stock Victory. Help me out here, I know this is not the best place to ask this, but, give me some REAL good reasons not to do it.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out . . . ;-)
Seriously tho'. Damn, you just bought the 2012. You've put some money into it. Now it's time to ride it for heaven's sake.
Oh - and the best reason I can think of not to buy one is because they're butt ugly. Perhaps, one day, they'll hire a decent designer - until then, I try not to even look at 'em, they offend my sensibilities!

I rode the Cross Country a few weeks ago at a Demo Days. It is a nice bike, but I don't think it comes close to the Harley in paint/chrome and overall quality. I rode all the Victory touring models and all but the Vision had unbelievably loud noise in the front end. I did like the power though.
Seriously bro buy what you want but damn you just bought the 2012, do you have that kinda cash to throw around? If your bored and looking to throw cash away, let me give you a routing #
