access to steering head nut

Default access to steering head nut

where is the access to the steering head bolt on a 2010 ultra. was trying to figure it out today trid to get to it from inside fairing side but found no easy way. sorry if thats a stupid question but just got the bike on friday and have not picked up a service manual yet

do i remove the outer fairing to get to it

Best to fashion a long blade screwdriver or buy one from snap on. I use the snap on tool as shown attached
