I have a problem. Yesterday I tore my primary apart and when I put it back together I realized I missed a spacer but I'm not sure where it goes? Pics are attached. Can anyone help?
I second the spacer behind the auto tensioner suggestion. There's one for each bolt, easy enough to verify.
Don't ride the bike until you get in there and put these back where they belong( between the back side of the tensioner and the back of the outer primary) because your tensioner is no longer centered on the chain and that has the potential for damaging the tensioner face. Torque to spec of 15 to 19 ft lbs. on the tensioner bolts.
