Default Less Noisey Pipes, More Noisey Bike

I put much quieter slip-ons on my 2007 Ultra Classic. So now I'm starting to hear noises. Some lifter clatter occasionally. The moan of air sucking into the FI. An occasional brake squeak. None of that bothers me, I think normal. However; when I get to work or get home, about a 35 mile ride, I've been hearing a rubbing noise coming from somewhere around the front pulley/clutch area. I've not been able to pin point the exact location, but somewhere in that area. I jacked the bike up and checked the belt for rubbing and the rear tire and everything is clear. And, I cannot duplicate it by spinning the rear wheel or sitting on it and pushing it. I've noticed when I drop below 5 or so MPH it goes away. And it only does it after I've been riding it a few miles, the bike is hot. Doesn't do it when I first get on it to ride. I've got a 400 mile ride tomorrow and kinda afraid to go with that noise going on and can't get it the dealer till Monday. Its got 34,000 miles on it and for the last 20,000 it has been absolutely trouble free. Anyway, I thought I would tap the vast knowledge available on here for ideas and suggestions about what might be causing it. Thanks in advance.

Is it your front brake pads rubbing on the disc? The front brake pistons are known for not retracting fully if they get dirty. The next time this happens, apply the front brake gently and see if the noise goes away.

You checked your belt for rubbing, but did you check the tension. Incorrect belt tension causes a buch of different noises. I learned that first hand.
