08 FLHT Vibration
Just had my 08 FLHT torn down to the frame for paint and powder coating. Only engine parts removed were rocker box covers, primary cover, cam plate cover, and tranny side cover. Bike's all back together and now halfway through a 5 day ride it's developed a nasty "buzz" at 3000 rpm's and above. Didn't notice this the first two days of the trip. Bike seems to track fine at any speed so I don't think it's tires. I can also recreate the issue by getting rpm's up to 3K in neutral. Mostly feel it in the right floorboard.
Any ideas??

If it is literally only a buzz it could be something silly like a part of the exhaust just touching somewhere it shouldn't, or a heatshield clip not tight, even the end of one of those clips buzzing against the shield. It might take some chasing down, then prove really simple. Best of luck!
