i just installed the Jackpot 4 inch mufflers and with the stock header they were a little quite. Took the cat out of the header yesterday and it woke the mufflers up pretty good. the have a nice deep sound when idle, good and deep when you crank the throttle hard, but at 75 mph you dont hear to much, , had rush on my u.c and they were to loud.
If the directions called for a straw hat and rainbow colored suspenders I would have bought them too (lol). I'm thinking more as a lubricant because as snugly as they fit together, I can't imagine the need for a sealant. I'm also told that after using the silicone (sealant) they will be a bitch to get off. No matter as I have no plans to ever remove them.

Yes it is a complete exhaust. The CFRs are a beast. Sound GREAT and for sure more added power.
I did some of my chrome pieces myself. And also had a few things powder coated. I just powder coat it piece by piece no rush. Entire engine is next.
