I pulled the trigger today on a Mint 09 SG...I will still have my RKC so I could just sell the SG if I don't like it. I wanted the radio and a little more ROOM....
Congratulations. Sure wish I could afford to keep my Road King and get an 09 or up Road Glide. But I would take a Street Glide if it was a real steal. Then I could trade it in on a Road Glide!!!!
Im a BIG DUDE!!!! I have sat on a few 09 and newer SG's and the extra 3 inches makes them feel better. Plus the seat choices are much better on the newer bike....So we will see....Id really like a CVO and im sure at some point that is what I will end up with....

I don't know what you are talking about "extra 3 inches".
If you want the feeling of more room you should look at getting a Road Glide.
They aren't any bigger either, but they feel that way because the windshield is so far forward.
But the seat position, gas tank, handle bars, and footboards are all the same.
