Just how did you come to that conclusion? Is there some data you can direct us to so we can read that some tires are not made for hot weather? Never heard of such a thing.

I know it sounds stupid but my parents moved from Ct to Fl. and had a problem. They were told that the tires they had can't take the Fl. heat.

My front tire split after 4 months, I replaced the crappy stock Dunlops with Metzeler 880s and the problem hasn't come back.

FYI I contacted Dunlop and they told me tires are warranted for 4 years or until worn out against cracking.

awesome i'll have to give them a call. I dont want another tire honestly after having 4 on there. My bike is garaged 100% of the time no heat issues etc.
