On hard acceleration, when shifting from 4th to 5th and 5th to 6th, the bike will not immediately shift up. It will stay at the RPMs it was at before shifting and slowly go down, then it shifts. It's especially evident when shifting from 5th to 6th because the light doesn't come on telling me I'm in 6th for a few seconds usually. This is only under hard acceleration. It's a 2011 Street Glide. 13,500 miles.
It sounds like your clutch is slipping. It's an easy fix, just purchase a stiffer clutch spring to replace the weak stock spring. Right at $30 from tge dealer. Most go with the -98A spring. I'm runnuing one with my FM 107 build with no slippage what so ever.

Good suggestion, I always assume that this step has already been taken without positive results. The 'stiffer' spring isn't that much stiffer. It's a noticeable increase from stock, but you become accustomed to it rather quickly. OTOH, the Screamin' Eagle spring is STIFF. My cousin has one in his bike and there's no way I'd want to deal with it in stop and go traffic.
the newer bikes have a very light spring, for easy pull,if u slip the clutch enough u will burn and wear the discs,go one spring heavier that should stop the slipping and the pull shouldn't be a big problem.
It is not hard. But the primary cad has to come off to get in there. I did mine after some. New found power when Jamie added the 555 cams. By chance are you running Red line primary oil? I really liked it when my bike was stock. Just a bit too slick for 100 up and stock clutch though. You may also want to try something not so slick if you are running the RL oil.
