Default Ohlin 3-3's install

This question is more to the individuals that have installed the Ohlin 3-3. Yes I bought them from Howard and should receive them this Wednesday. Going to install them this weekend and will also call Howard as reccomended.
My question is according to the downloaded instructions this takes two individuals to install. Is this really true? Thanks for any help.

Physically installing the shocks? No, you can do that on your own.

Two makes it easier to measure and set sag, but not required.

I had my son help. To do it correctly you need two people. One to measure the sag while you sit in the seat.

Actually one person can do it easy - put a small tyrap on the shock shaft and push it up to the shock body between the shock body and bumper - sit on bike normally and take your feet off the ground for a sec - then get off and measure the distance between the tyrap and shock body - Presto you have the sag. BTW Howard doesn't want you to install the shocks until you actually have him on the phone. I have aset for my 2012 RGC - They work well.

Welcome to the Club. My wife and I managed, including setting sag with us both on the bike. It was a hoot and took ages, but we enjoyed the fun!
