i looked at gutting my and buying dresser duals, i went with the duals, i dont like the look of the stock pipe and if i was going to have to take it off anyways its lot faster to put new one on instead of cutting and welding the stock, and now i have my stock cut open and ready to gut it and have it sold for $140 to my buddy when i get it done. so tha puts me having about $150 in my duals. i dont blame anybody for wanting to do it though, im sure it will help with the heat, other than that you prob wont feel much differnce

Gutted mine last year and also wrapped the head pipe with header wrap and through a set of Xieds on, cooled things down but when i'm stuck in bumper to bumper on a hot day the right side is still hot.
