I need to remove the Digital Gear Indicator that I fitted to my 2010 Road King Classic, but to do so, I need to remove the Deutsch plug from the wiring loom (so I can pull the loom back under the tank and through the mounting case on the handlebar.
So.....can anyone give some advice on how to remove the plug without destroying the connector pins and case?

i think it explains it in the manual....going to need a small hook to pull the white plastic piece out and then a tiny flat head screwdriver (what i used) to lift the plastic "latch" that is holding each individaul pin in. i'm sure someone can explain it better and likely has pictures. make sure to note which color wire goes to each hole.
