Has anyone done this? Mine seem smokey compared to headlight. Any thoughts on how or what to use? Would rubbing alcohol poured inside and swashed around then drained and left to dry work without fn up the lens?

I have a 11 King and mine are the same. I have them on just about all the time and I have never seen water in them and they are always very bright so I don't really pay much attention to it.
If there is a easy way to make them as clear as the headlight I would, but to me it's no big deal. Yours could be worse then mine.
