Did a search for this but was unable to find the anwser. Does the Arlen Ness Big Sucker have a K&N filter, if so what would the replacement K&N part # be? If it's not a K&N can it be recharged with the K&N kit or does it have to be replaced every time. And the last question can I change out the air filter assembly to the Big Sucker myself and does it require the ECM flash from Harley once it's done.

Thanks, Rob
It's allegedly not a K&N, but it sure looks like one. I think it's a privately labeled K&N made for Ness. Yes, you can use the K&N cleaner & oil on it.
You can do it yourself; it's a fairly straightforward install. It took me about 15 minutes to install mine. Also, I Agree w/ bountyhunter, do the whole Stage 1, you'll be happier.
I'm going to be switching mine out to the upgraded zipper filter shortly, so I will have a filter element that someone could steal from me that was hardly used (about 3k miles). Hope to order the zippers in a month or so.
Thanks for the input everyone. I forgot to mention that I plan on doing rinehart true duals and a pcIII at the same time. Thanks again you guys are a big help.
