I had the WO575's on my last two bikes. They do have some pullback, but I doubt if they will be enough for somebody shorter than me especially with a drop seat.

If I were you, I would take a long hard look at their WO578 model of Apes.
They are 10" and when you rotate them back to get the proper reach they will be below the fairing.

I have a friend who put 11” Apes on his wife’s Street Glide and rolled them back a lot for her to get the proper reach.
I think if you roll the WO575’s back they will only get lower not closer to the rider.

Don't worry about my sig pic, they are 12"

12" Apes rolled back slightly are just barely above the fairing.
I think 10" should work for ya.

I agree totally about the 575s not being right in this situation. I would go with a different bar. I put them on my SG and they didn't have enough pull back for my tastes either...The tens should be perfect. They are only two inches higher than the 575s and you won't notice that when you pull them back...

Good points and info on the WO578 10" apes. With them rolled back to reduce my reach will I still be able to see out of the fairing mirrors? If the 575's required re-routing of cables will I need new cables for the 578's? If so, what plus over stock...+2, +4, +6?
Thanks again guys.

You can do the 575 just changing the clutch cable (you can get away without that too). With the 578s, I would go +4 on everything...Maybe even +6...

Don't worry about those fairing mirrors. If they work fine, if they can't handlebar mirrors are better anyway.
I use my mirrors and hated the fairing mirrors. I guess you figured that anyway.

I had to have +4" clutch cable with the WO 575s.

The only way you are going to know about cable lengths is with the bars installed and rotated to where you like them. Then the installer will find out which cables he will need.

Spoke at some length with Wild 1 yesterday and my indy. They recommended and I'm going with the WO578's. Wild 1 said I would need the +4 clutch cable but the stock brake would work fine so now it's just wait for delivery and install.

Thanks for all your input which helped point me in the right direction.
