Fork Cap Bolt Socket Size
Sounds like I'll have to breakout the old ford wrench and lube up my calibrated arm

I just did my lowers and cowbells this week. I went to Sears and bought a 1 3/8" socket (3/4" drive). Well if you do not remove the handlebars the socket and ratchet will not fit over the top the the nut. As the above post said, use a pair of channel locks. As for torque spec, use your calbrated arm. Good luck, the first side took me 3 hrs, the second side took me 45 minutes.
