...... while the rake doesn't need modification, i understand that the triple tree does need modding to accommodate the wider wheel & fender. Perhaps as much as an inch of widening ?
......... i could see riding a rig like that a real long ways, & looking real good doing it !

for the front - he just runs the tire backwards

with it air down it wont scrap frame - but the ride does become interesting. i did a 15 mile air down front and rear to test how it would ride if my front and rear failed... it was ride able - hands were getting numb but still able to get it to where id need if something did happen.



and as for the big wheel (26+) can tour... well here proof they can do it and do with out a trailer :P

I'm all about the ride. I'd love to ride one of those 180 front tire units. I personally like the look of the long, low, wide ride.

I just cant figure how a 180 front tire would give you a good ride. I would think its got to handle like a slug.
