Default Hey stereo pros

So I see that you can put speakers in the front lowers and was wondering if any installed subs in these. If so how they sound

Bass at high speeds isnt really something you will ever hear. but you will feel it and think your bike has something wrong with it.

You can't get a big enough 'sub' in there to do any justice.

One of my friends has done this but I haven't gotten a road report from him yet to see how they are. Kicker makes a 6.5 inch sub that will fit in lowers.

Not Subs but I have JL 6.5" components in the lowers with the tweeters in the lower gauge holes. Works pretty good.

FatTony
Let me know if you get a report,
I know 6.5 subs won't give the greatest bass just thought it would be better than 2 more regular speakers

i have ,used kicker subs, the enclosures are too small to produce good bass.and yes you will feel it especially though the highway pegs it makes u think your getting motor vibes,my next try will be the rear pods(if i can make them fit)and add ports to the tour pack to try and get enough volume behind the subs.
