Quickly looked thru the Manual. The Iphone or Nano hook up is in the Left side bag. There is a holder in the lid. It will charge your phone which is kind of nice.
It has two plug ins. A standard Iphone type plug in and a 3.5mm plug for other types of media players.
You basically start your music and shut the lid.
The left handle bar controller does volume with the normal up and down movement. Press the switch will pause the playback on the device.
The right handle bar switch either moves ahead or moves back on the play list. pressing the switch will toggle between two devices if you have two plugged in.
There is no balance or fade control.
Simple set up.
