Yes you will, usually the company you buy from offers them, very easy install.

You may get away without equalizer but probably not. Regular bulbs draw more current than LED's and as such they can affect the blinking of the signal lights or the security system as there isn't enough amps being used. Some bikes are not affected by this. If you require equalizer you will know as the alarm system will not function properly or signals will flash strangely. The equalizer you require is sold by Custom Dynamics and Badlands Motorcycle products. Depending on the year and model of your bike they plug into the rear signals usually located under the seat.

Concur. In my case I did not need an equalizer on my '08 until I added front LED turn signals. Up until recently I've been running all LED tail light, rear turn signals, spoiler lids, and a light bar on a tour pak without a load equalizer. The front LEDs were too much.

Heat from load equalizers and equalizer failure are another topic to research.

I got the Badlands LE. They don't heat up and their customer service was awesome.

I am thinking about adding some LED for accent / turn signaling. I ordered a manual for my bike should get it next week. I am hoping it will give information like what the turn signal relay is rated at. It will be 60 LEDs wired to each of the front turn signal wires so they will be on all the time and flash when the front flash. Also when emergency flashing all 120 will be flashing. Would it be better for me to replace my front flasher bulbs with LEDs or will the normal OEM bulbs be OK.

Biketronics makes a fine load equalizer. Plug n play into left side panel and doesn't need to be connected to direct power.

Good day.

I would suggest you think about and research the problems with LED turn signals and any hint of moisture getting in the socket.

Second; always carry a "standard" type spare replacement bulb cause you won't find a LED replacement in your typical auto supply shops. Ask me how I know these things.....
