Radio/speaker questions
Does the three position switch on the lower dash panel on an Ultra switch between front and rear speakers? Went to switch off rear speakers and lost the sound completely. Middle position of switch- all 4 speakers on,no light. Rear position of switch-all 4 speakers on,light on. Front position of switch-no speakers on,no light. Do I have a bad switch?
Also today,my iPod Nano would play for a minute then cut out. Hit the power button,song would play for another minute and cut out again. Unplugged iPod and radio worked fine. Cable connection was tight and cutting out wasn't caused by bumps in the road,also cut out while parked in garage. Any ideas?

The switch changes between speakers, headphones and the intercom/CB.
There is a fader in the head unit to control the volume between front and rear speakers. I'd guess your switch is working fine.
My guess is the problem with your iPod is in the jack on the radio or the cable.
