Default Goodbye sporty
Well, after much deliberation and shopping around, I am the proud owner of a black 2010 Road King Classic. I was hooked the moment I took it for a test ride from the dealership. Absolutely love it. The sporty was a good bike, but this ride is freaking sweet! Ok, done bragging now! Also, if you are in the Northwest Ohio area, Ben Breece HD in Ottawa are some quality folks.

Thanks! Gonna like it here. The wife wasn't so sure at first. She more partial to a Fat Bob, but, after a couple mile ride......she is hooked as well.

AWESOME. I am gald you love your new scoot, but the sporty will always have a place in your heart, as it does mine. (I hope) I have an FLHTK and love it, but I also love to ride the nimble fast sporty I own, and if I am just with-in a 100 miles of the ride, I take the sporty, which here in Mexico is always, but at home when I had the sporty there, I would take the sporty. Ride safe.

The Road King will probably improve her passenger experience more than it will improve your riding experience. Congratulations and welcome to the Touring pages.

I've owned a few sportsters over the years, really loved riding them but there's nothing like the king.

I too went from a Sporty to a Road King. Damn! I miss that Sporty, but the Road King keeps me smiling!!
