I have given up on the ESP paying..but I have spoke with the GM and I feel he is being receptive and understanding of my frustrations. He seems willing to help..I will let you guys know what I end up with..
Just an update..without going into too much detail, the GM stepped up and is really helping me out. I was talking to a local indy that is very reputable on the forums about building the motor if the dealer did not help me out. When I told him what they were doing for me, he said it was a smoking deal. So hopefully I will be back on the road in about 3 weeks..have to send the cases in and get new ones stamped.
Sounds like the motor is appart and u are getting new cases was a cause determined that made the crank rods seize up sure it wouldnt have lasted much longer like that anyway

No I have not gotten that answer yet..I was out of the country last week so I was just working with the GM over email..but I did ask to make sure the oil pump was checked..etc..
