Default People with engine knowledge..

This is mine now..I got the impression that there is a problem with the crank since the rods are standing straight..anyone confirm?

If so, I assume the cams will come out so I will have them put in the SE-255s..is there anything else I should upgrade while they are in there? Just better than OEM but not going crazy on funds?

Thanks for any advice!!

Default inner cam bearings

while cams are out I did the improved inner cam bearings on mine. U think about oil pump work, high flow pump or change oil pump bypass spring.

Looks like something is binding on the crank pin or rod bearings. They bearings should should be loose/smooth enough that they fall away from each other and lay against the engine case.

Thats what I was thinking....if you hold them up like they are and let go of them they should fall against the case......Looks like MO Money......

C'mon, you're asking us, with a poor photo, but what did the mechanic say when you asked him? Does he simply have some sort of support on the rods, so they don't rest on the crankcase mouths?
