You can get them in gun shops, some bike shops may sell them, or on the internet. There is a link a few posts ago.

Personally I don't care for the foam ear plugs. Thet work a little better (higher db) but they are more difficult to put in and seal properly so it takes longer.

The push-in plugs are only slightly less effective but work well and can be re-used for months or longer. Riders should try some and see what works best for them.

I used to always wear them, but now that I have a bike with a stereo / cb / intercom, and a headset in the helmet, I no longer wear plugs...

I never used to wear them but allways had ringing in the ears after rides.
I now use foam ear plugs every time I ride, it helps me stayed focused on riding instead of hearing too much other noises and distractions and it really helps me hear the cd player better on the SG.
I won't ride without them now even a quick ride up to the shop.
