Looks pretty clear in the sun you just have to adjust the settings on the phone and make it brighter. The riders claw is alright but if you have an iPhone the life proof way is the best route hands down. With the riders claw you get stuck in the rain you can forget about using your phone cause its getting put away

I'm not keen on the clamp that comes with the lifeproof case; I like a clamp I can leave on my bike and it still looks nice. Riders Claw fits that requirement... but it's not H2O proof.
