I have this one
Amazon Amazon

It works great. I leave it in my windshield pouch. Lasts a long time on one charge, sounds perfect, and it's easy to connect to your phone.

I use this too. Velcro it just below the radio.

None of the Bluetooth ones that connect to the front of the radio are going to let you talk on the phone, but they will let you stream music and voice to the speakers from iDevices and GPS.
