Default lowering front end......help?

I put 21" RC wheel on my 05 cvo bagger and it raised front end appox. 1.5 inches. I am short and need to get it back down maybe 2 inches. Have been looking at progressive suspension lowering kits. DROP IN vs. MONOTUBE . Anyone have either of these kits? I had HARLEY 1 inch drop in my 08 SG AND HATED IT. TOO HARD. IS PROGRESSIVE KIT BETTER? IF SO WHICH ONE?

Lowering it that much is gonna make it ride rougher...If I was doing it though, I would go with race tech springs and the ricor intimator set up. I rode a buddies and it was plush...

Don't go 2 inches, you'll regret it. I have monotubes and have them in the 1" position which is really close to what it was before the 21. Tried it in the 2" lower position and fender hit the crash bar while riding 2up. Was afraid that was going to happen so I was riding really easy, only made a small mark on the paint but I was going pretty slow at the time too. With out a crash bar you may get away with the 2" lower but didn't work for me. Monotubes ride really nice considering the loss of travel in the front end. Would still go ahead spend the extra $200 to buy monotubes vs lowering springs if I had to do it again. Eastern Performance made a better deal than anybody else on them.

Progressive drop in gets very harsh below 1.5".
