Too many projects to complete this year before I am able to buy a dyno.

I need to do my research before I spend any money so I can get compatible components for everything to sync properly.

Sorry, I cannot get it to come out full size.
Thanks for the effort, but I just can't figure the numbers out. How about just copy/pasting the raw VE data from both tables here?

scj I see you are from Chili, I normally make it up around your way a few times a month, we need to hook up and ride sometime. I think there is a motocross at the fair grounds next weekend, If I'm not working, I'll be up there. I'll have my buddy take my mx bike, so I can ride the harley up.

scj, what clutch pack are you going with? My 10' SG 120r has the SE spring and the clutch pull is like nothing I've seen...

aviscomi,
Did you have to take fuel out?

90% of the time it starts just fine but occasionally, it has to crank for up to 6 to 7 seconds before it starts. I tried adding more fuel this morning and it did not help.

Other than that, my bike absolutely runs flawlessly.

Get a VPC, it'll help with the clutch pull when the torque strats to "kick in".

aviscomi,

Thanks! I've been taking a little out at a time and I think I have it now.

HDFUserName,

I have the SE version of the VPC plus the SE 37951-98 diaphragm spring.
Clutch pull is just slightly stiffer than stock and it does not slip.

Sorry, I missed this post.

I gave up the dirt bikes this past February and so far I've been too busy to miss them.

PM me next time you head this way.
