I plan on painting my inner fairing this winter, but was looking at what was the best way to go. I am trying to find ember red paint, but Harley the lowest they offer is a quart. I do not need a quart for the inner fairing. Does anyone have enough for me on the inner fairing or do you know a place that has this paint for a little cheaper? Thanks
www.colorrite.com carries the stock harley paint in various sizes... However, CVO paint is only available from Harley
my 09 classic is pewter pearl with red stripes. from factory they didn't stripe the rear fender or side covers , paint looked incomplete so a buddy of mine did them last winter and it really finished the striping. thanks for the imput and making up my mind so its a go. my brother in law has a street glide, sunglow red and my buddy, who has a sucessful painting business will do both for 175 each. harley wants 550. this guy does all the painting and body work for local mercedes and BMW dealer so he knows his stuff.
