J&M Elite is the best sounding as far as Music goes...The HD sounds tinny, the IMC sounds OK (same as Boom) because the speakers are right close to your ears ... You get what you pay for... i have all of them in one or more helmets...Sierra will treat you the best i think but if you have a Problem with J&M you need to e-mail John. john@jmcorp.com it's his company and he usually cares.

You can buy them on Ebay all day for around 30 bucks and they have great sound. Ask me how I know this.

I never repeat from a company that would employ/ retain an employee like that. I'll easily go way out of my way to do business elsewhere. F... That company.

John sounds like a class act, too bad you have to wade waist deep in douchbag employees to find him. Glad it worked out.

Just a quick follow up. My helmet came in today and I could not be happier.
I can now hear the radio and the GPS without my hearing aids.
Thanks for the help John

glad it made it in time and all turned out well. i have to invest in a good setup for an in helmet speakers and mike. my wife currently uses the models that have the wrap around the back of the head and over the ears. it bothers her after a little while. i might have to go online and check them out.
